Founded in 1994, Berghahn Books is an independent scholarly press publishing books and journals for libraries, researchers, practitioners, and students in the social sciences and humanities.  The press publish approximately 100 new books and 25 journals annually; with an accumulated back list of some 1,000 titles in print.
